Caroline Lucas is a brand marketing professional specializing in global product development, launch strategy, and cross-functional brand leadership within the fashion and beauty industries. With a foundation in design and a strategic approach to marketing, Caroline brings a rare balance of creativity and commercial insight to every project she leads.
Her career began while studying Fashion Design at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP), where she gained hands-on experience through the university’s renowned Co-Op program. While working in New York City’s design sector, she discovered her true passion for storytelling through brand and product marketing, leading her to pivot her studies toward Marketing and Public Relations.
Now based in New York City, Caroline has built a dynamic career spanning global beauty and luxury fashion industries. She currently serves as Global Brand Marketing Coordinator at OLAPLEX, where she leads end-to-end product development initiatives, competitive analyses, and global merchandise strategy for the brand’s prestige portfolio. With a deep understanding of consumer behavior, trend analysis, and creative strategy, Caroline thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution—bringing new products and stories to life that resonate with modern audiences.
